Before you write

• Your data: we do not have it. Question sets, reviews and recordings are stored only in your browser, so we cannot recover, export or delete them for you. You can do all of that yourself from Manage data and storage.
• Camera or microphone problems: check that your browser has permission (usually via the camera icon in the address bar), and that no other app is using the camera.
• The voice sounds different on another device: voices come from your device’s operating system and browser, so they vary.

When reporting a bug, please mention your device, browser and what you were doing. Never send recordings or personal documents.
