FOR COLLEGES Placement cells and training teams
Get your whole batch camera-ready.
Share your interview questions as one link. Every student practises at home with a speaking virtual interviewer — and you can see how much the batch is practising, without collecting anyone’s data.
How it works
From one link to a practised batch
- 01
Build your question set
Start from our HR, fresher or role banks, or paste the questions your recruiters actually ask. Add pointers for students as notes.
- 02
Share one link with the batch
Send the set as a link on WhatsApp or email. Every student gets their own copy — a free sign-up, no app to install.
- 03
Students practise at home
A virtual interviewer asks your questions aloud while each student answers on camera, as many times as they like.
- 04
See the whole batch
Students send you a practice summary file. Drop them all into the batch report to see who is practising — on your own computer.
Why placement cells use it
Practice at scale, with nothing to administer
No recordings to manage
Answers and recordings never leave the student’s device, so there are no videos for you to secure or delete.
Works on students’ phones
Any modern browser on Android, iPhone or a laptop. It can be installed like an app and opens offline.
Free to use
Everything on this page is free today: question sets, share links, practice and the batch report.
Your questions, your format
Formal panel or friendly HR tone, follow-up questions and time limits.
Batch report
See who’s practising — not what they said
Each student downloads a practice summary from their history and sends it to you. Drop all the files into the batch report to see sessions, answers and practice time for everyone, then download a CSV for your records.
The example on the right uses made-up names and numbers.
| Student | Sessions | Minutes | Comfort |
|---|---|---|---|
| Example student A | 5 | 31 | +1.4 |
| Example student B | 4 | 22 | +0.8 |
| Example student C | 2 | 11 | +0.5 |
Questions
For placement officers
Can we see students’ answers or recordings?
No. Recordings never leave a student’s device. The practice summary a student chooses to send you contains dates, question sets, how many questions they answered and for how long, and their own comfort ratings — never their answers, notes or video.
Do students need to sign up?
No. They open your link in a browser and start. Their practice is saved in their own browser on their own device.
Does it grade students?
Not in a way you should use for decisions. Students can get a practice score for their own answers — from job keywords, structure, length, pace and filler words in an on-device transcript — and it can appear in the summary they send you. It never judges anyone’s face, voice or accent, and it is practice feedback, not an assessment. Hiring and selection decisions should stay with people.
Can we use our own questions?
Yes. Create a set in the practice room — type, paste a list, or import a file — then share it as a link.
Where is the batch report?
In the practice room at “Batch report”. The summary files are read in your browser and nothing is kept after you close the page; download a CSV if you want a copy.
Start with this week’s mock interviews.
Make a set from your recruiters’ questions, share the link in your batch group, and let students rehearse before the real thing.
